VINNIES NSW LEADERSHIP

OUR STRUCTURE

During 2019, we made some significant changes to our organisational structure. We realigned our operations into five regions and developed a centre-led approach to frontline services, retail and logistics, finance, fundraising, property, and work health and safety.

These changes will allow for a more cohesive approach to our strategic goals, while reducing duplication across the Society.
